Program Description

Product development, product engineering and production support of Education-ERP Student Information System (SIS) SaaS platform for educational, administrative and financial management (enquiry, registration, application, admission, fees/payments, courses, examinations, reporting) of all categories of educational institutions – K-12 schools, colleges (tertiaries), universities and any kind of institutions across the globe. It caters solution to diverse educational boards / curriculum / policies across the globe.

Architecture / Technology

Its built on Microsoft Azure Cloud; 4-tier Client/Server, Model View Controller (MVC), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and RESTful/API architectures.

  • Tier-1: Web Server / UI based on Spring Angular JS, ExtJS
  • Tier-2: REST Middleware Server
  • Tier-3: Java business server
  • Tier-4: MySQL DB server
Jenkins is used as build server; BitBucket is used as source code version control system.

Role: Head of Engineering, Delivery and Operations

  • Led IT GCC delivery operations for engineering, cloud, QA, support, and service management of Edu-ERP platform.
  • Strategized, planned and executed client engagement, pre-sales support, cloud cost optimization, quality delivery, escalation management, capability growth and profitability; ensured GDPR and VAPT compliance.
  • Drove engineering excellence, organization development, governance and collaboration and communication with C-suite and stakeholders for delivering values to clients’ business.
  • Implemented ITIL methodologies for efficient production support, service management, and continuous improvement of product and services.
