6-Tier Client/Server Architecture
Delivered Application Development (AD) program, of Perot System (now NTT Data), of CORE / Retail Banking applications suite for Bank of Ireland (BOI), built on 6-tier Client/Server architecture. Developed each branch office application server on 3-tier Client/Server architecture built on Microsoft Technologies – front-end UI, business server and back-end database server. Central application server was built on 2-tier Client/Server architecture based on IBM Mainframe technologies – business server and back-end database server. All branch office application servers were connected to central application server through IBM middleware. Technologies – Windows, PowerBuilder, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Mainframe MVS, COBOL, MQ Series and DB2.

Worked on Application Development (AD) program of Deloitte Consulting for World’s Largest E-Governance applications suite for automating California (USA) State Government Welfare System, built on 5-tier Client/Server architecture – front-end UI, middleware server, business server, data access server and back-end database server. Technologies used – Windows, PowerBuilder, UNIX, Tuxedo, C/C++, COBOL, Oracle, PL-SQL, Pro*C, Pro*COBOL. Developed Tuxedo services on Request / Response architecture.
