Project Description
Application Development of CORE/ Retail Banking and Cards platform (applications suite) for Service Process Renewal (SPR) – Transaction Recording And Cash System (TRACS).
- Pre-sales support: system study, reverse engineering, and effort estimation of SPR-TRACS development on existing platform.
- Development of SPR-TRACS on top of existing core retail banking applications suite.
Architecture / Technology
Application is built on 6-tier Client/Server architecture; Branch office application servers are connected to central application server following Star Topology.
- tier-1: branch office application UI on Windows / PowerBuilder
- tier-2: branch office application server on MSVC++
- tier-3: branch office application DB server on MS-SQL
- tier-4: middleware IBM MQ Series for connecting branch application to central Mainframe server
- tier-5: central business server on IBM Mainframe / MVS / Cobol
- tier-6: central server database server on IBM DB2
Role: Technical Delivery Manager
- Provided presales support for winning the deal
