Program Description
Re-engineering, maintenance and production support of DaaS products suite for Digital Market Lead Management and Market Intelligence / Insight for Account Based Marketing (ABM). Its comprised of two parts:
- Re-engineering and unification of two related diversified DaaS products “Lead Management” and “Market Insight” into single DaaS product.
- Maintenance and production support of existing products till sunshine.
Architecture / Technology
Its built on Cloud (AWS & GCP); 4-tier Client/Server, Model View Controller (MVC), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and RESTful/API architectures.
- Tier-1: Web Server on Angular JS
- Tier-2: REST Middleware
- Tier-3: Java J2SE business server
- Tier-4: MySQL and AWS RedShift RDBMS
Market Insight module is built on GCP, BigQuery.
Role: Head of Engineering, Delivery & Operations
Headed engineering, delivery and operations of re-engineering and production support program.
- Strategized, planned and executed implementation of product roadmap.
- Managed client engagement, escalations, delivery, finance / profitability, organization building / people management, process / governance, vendors and stakeholders.
- Managed collaboration and communication with C-suite, business, sales, customer success and stakeholders.
- Drove architecture, engineering, quality, production support, service management, GDPR and VAPT. Implemented ITIL processes, reduced incidents and delivered continuous improvement by conducting RCA, Trend Analysis and closure of actionable.
