Business planning for any size of business. Planning covers all three areas – operations, sales/marketing and financial projections (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) of at least three years.
Financial planning / projection of at least three years for any sized business. Prepare P&L account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements / projections.
Financial statement (P&L account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) of any sized business.
Continuous Service and Business Improvement. Conduct Incident Trend Analysis and Business Trend Analysis; figure out Scope of Improvement; conduct RCA, drive implementation of resolution.
